This is a limited edition release of an Aldo Luongo giclee on canvas, titled "My Soft Dream,". Aldo Luongo features a romantic couple embracing. The woman's robe is long and flows gracefully to the floor. The Man holds her face in his hands lovingly. This couple has eliminated all distractions. The background is void of anything else. There is nothing but the two of them in the room or the World.
Aldo Luongo is known for his portraits of the Hawk, landscapes, dance, romantic couples in the park and of women. This is yet another expression of his romantic couple themes.. The isolation of the couple from the rest of the World is evident in this work. He has nothing in the background to distract from the couple, therefore giving you the feeling that they feel that isolation, as well. The colors on the clothing for each of them is soft and pastel, while tey both have dark features and hair. The contrast is exciting and tender at the same time.
This limited edition is in a very small edition of only 50 Signed and numbered works and 10 Artist's Proofs. This beautiful work can be shipped un-stretched and rolled in a tube, or it can be stretched and shipped flat. It comes in two sizes, as well, both 34" x 25" OR 40" x 29", so you may choose the size that works best for you.
