This is a limited edition release of an Aldo Luongo giclee on canvas, titled "Daybreak Beauty,". Aldo Luongo again features a solitary woman, this time as she awakes to the new dawn. The light is streaming in through a window and hits her face, arms and legs softly. She appears to be just partially awake, in the act of raising her head to meet the light directly. Her hair is tousled and she has yet to really open her eyes to the new morning.
Aldo Luongo is known for his portraits of the Hawk, landscapes, dance, romantic couples in the park and of women. This is yet another romantic expression of an Aldo Luongo woman. Open, vulnerable and beautiful. She sits propped up by her right arm in the bed, with sheets still in disarray from the night's slumber.. Her left arm is up and behind her head. Her white nightgown is in sharp contrast to dark background of the rest of the bed and the room.
This limited edition is in a very small edition of only 50 Signed and numbered works and 10 Artist's Proofs. This beautiful work can be shipped un-stretched and rolled in a tube, or it can be stretched and shipped flat. It comes in two sizes, as well, both 37.5" x 25" OR 45" x 30", so you may choose the size that works best for you.
